New sales company for Lojer in Kazakhstan
Maryana Almenova takes over as a director of the new company
Lojer's strong growth continues with the opening of a new sales company, Lojer Medical LLP, in Kazakhstan in spring 2024. Maryana Almenova has been appointed as a director of the new company. Maryana has strong commercial development experience having previously worked in sales management positions for example at Roche diagnostics and Fujifilm (Medical systems). "We are delighted to have an experienced professional in charge of our new sales company, and we believe that Maryana's experience in health technology combined with her excellent commercial knowledge of the region will drive the growth of our new sales company." says Ville Laine, CEO of Lojer Oy.
Central Asia is a strongly developing region with abundant natural resources. The countries have invested heavily in the development of healthcare, creating significant opportunities for health technology suppliers. Lojer and Merivaara already have a long history of supplying healthcare equipment to Kazakhstan and neighbouring countries. Last year, Lojer explored the market at a health technology exhibition, and we are currently supplying a major operating theatre project in the region.
The company will continue to do business with existing partners, but with the new sales company aim for a stronger presence, market knowledge and better service. The new sales company is also expected to bring added value to healthcare customers in Kazakhstan and further promote the development of healthcare technology in the region.
